1.主旨题

Psychologistsagree that I.Q. contributes only about 20 percent of the factors that determinesuccess. A full 80 percent comes from other factors, including what I callemotional intelligence. Following are two of the major qualities that make up emotionalintelligence, and how they can be developed.
